The Prototype
The Process
The process begins when you and your company decide to show off your product! You contact us and then we will discuss your needs with our design team to come up with the best solution for your project. We can either work from an existing idea sketch brought by you or begin from a ‘carte blanche’ to create a memorable design. Without a doubt, this process creates a torrent of creative concepts.

Basic 3d Design package: $300
- This package includes 3 photorealistic renderings with 2 minor revisions. (Not total redraws.) This does not include engineered drawings, only overall dimensions of height and width.
- If the original design or rendering(s) are more complex and estimated to exceed 2 hours of work there will be an additional hourly charge of $125 per hour.
- If an additional rendered image is requested a $50.00 fee will be charged for each image after the 3 included in the package.
- Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly charge of $125 per hour.
- More complex designs should consider the Deluxe or Premium packages.
- A payment of 50% of the design package fee is required to commence and 100% before its delivery to the client.
Deluxe 3D Design Engineering package: $500
- This package includes up to 5 photorealistic renderings with 2 minor revisions. (Not total redraws).
- Finer attention to detail within the renderings will be visible to the client.
- This does not include engineered drawings, only overall dimensions of height and width.
- If an additional rendered image is requested a $50.00 fee will be charged for each image after the 5 included in the package.
- Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly charge of $125 per hour.
- A payment of 50% of the design engineering package fee is required to commence and 100% before its delivery to the client.
Premium 3D Design Engineering Package: $1,200
- This package includes up to 7 photorealistic renderings and allows for 3 minor revisions. (Not total redraws).
- Precise details will be provided including a full set of CAD engineering plans with dimensions for fabrication.
- Revisions requested after the final CADS are produced are charged at only $77.00 per hour.
- Normally the hourly fee would be $200 however, it is offered at a reduced rate for this Premium Package.
- A payment of 50% of the design engineering package fee is required to commence and 100% before its delivery to the client.
Design hourly rate without a Design/Engineering package: $200.00
Prototyping & Production
- After a design is finalized and approved by the client, a prototype will be fabricated before it is mass produced.
- Every design must be prototyped before production.
- This prototype will be charged 3x times the amount of a single unit as if it were part of a full production line.
- This increased amount is due to the extensive time and material setup/waste required to produce the first prototype.
- A single prototype without plans for mass production follows to the same guidelines and procedures.
- $3000 minimum order for production (no exceptions).
- Orders over $10,000 will receive 50% of their design/engineering package fee credited back to their final production.
- Orders over $20,000 will receive 50% of their design/engineering package fee and 50% of the prototyping fee discounted from their final production.

Paid orders over $10,000 could have the 50% of the Basic Rendering package fee credited back, or a percentage of the Deluxe & Premium packages if requested upon execution of contract.
